Booking, payment and cancellation terms.
Terms
- Trips within 30 days of booking are paid in full to reserve. For dates further out, a 50% payment holds the date.
- Cancellations with 7 or more days' notice receive a full refund.
- Hourly bookings have minimums by vehicle; time beyond the booking is billed at the hourly rate if the vehicle is available.
- Guests 21 and older may bring their own drinks in party vehicles. No glass, no illegal substances, no smoking. Riders under 21 may not consume alcohol.
- Cleaning or damage fees may apply for excessive mess or damage.
- No service charges. Gratuity is not included and not required; tip based on your experience.
